Two of my Korean co-workers took Shannon and I out to a fantastic seafood bbq. These restaurants are set up in tents right next to the water. This being February, it was pretty freezing despite the hot coals in the middle of our table.

This area is called Taejongdae 태종대 which is on the tip of Yeongdo 영도 island next to Busan. Since we came after work (our last classes end at 10:30 pm), we didn’t get here until late

My co-workers David 김대호 (Kim Dae-ho) and Cathy 정효진 (Jeong Hyo-jin)

Luckily we had Dae-ho to order for us as our Korean is not so good at this point

Don’t plan to come out here too late if you don’t have your own transport. The nearest subway station in Nampo-dong and then you take bus 66 to the tip of Yeong-do.
