Shannon and I ran another 10k race and we were joined by my co-workers, David (Kim Dae-ho 김대호) and Cathy (Jeong Hyo-jin 정효진).

Although we have been to the UN Cemetery before, we went again to watch a changing of the guard ceremony and to see the different plants that bloom during Autumn.
Galmegi brewery, which is located on Gwangali beach had a brewfest in November. Tickets sold out quick and each ticket got you a sample beer of 9 different craft beers brewed for this event. Being huge craft beer fans, we were very excited for this as Korea is not really known for it’s quality of beer (the local brands – Hite and Cass are akin to Bud Light).

November 14 is also my birthday (saeng-il in Korean 생일) and I was showered with gifts at work. Students, co-teachers and Mr. and Mrs. Hong all gave me some great presents.
