Haeundae Aquarium

After getting our bikes serviced in the neighborhood, we rode to Haeundae Aquarium.

The aquarium is just off the sand in the middle part of the beach and is incredibly popular. Keep your fingers crossed that there won’t be any field trips with hordes of school children running around

A Jackass Penguin

It’s relatively expensive compared to other other tourist attractions but the animals and displays are top notch. Check out this video of the sea otters during feeding time.

If money is burning a hole in your pocket you can even scuba dive in some of the larger tanks. There is an optional audio tour in several languages that is informative and has the added bonus of blocking out the crowd noise.
